Transfer and Relocation

The Company may, at its absolute discretion, transfer, second or relocate an employee whether permanently or for a temporary period to another unit, department or section within the Company.

  1. An employee may also request for a transfer or secondment subject to approval by both the realising and the receiving Head of Department.
  2. In cases of transfers arising from disciplinary action against an employee, all transfers as described in 1 above may also involve changes to job duties and scope of work.
  3. A refusal to accept a transfer may result in termination of the contract of employment without notice.
