Transfer and Relocation
The Company may, at its absolute discretion, transfer, second or relocate an employee whether permanently or for a temporary period to another unit, department or section within the Company.
- An employee may also request for a transfer or secondment subject to approval by both the realising and the receiving Head of Department.
- In cases of transfers arising from disciplinary action against an employee, all transfers as described in
1above may also involve changes to job duties and scope of work. - A refusal to accept a transfer may result in termination of the contract of employment without notice.
