📄️ Code of Conduct
As an employee of the Company, he/she should refrain his/herself from any interest, influence or relationship which might conflict or appear to conflict best interest of Company and may put the Company’s reputation at stake.
📄️ Confidentiality
An employee shall not, except with due authority and in the proper course of his/her duties, during or after the employment period disclose to any person whatsoever or otherwise make use of and shall use his/her best endeavours to prevent the publication or disclosure of any Confidential Information, as follows:
📄️ Attendance at Work
All employees are expected to come to work each working day. Frequent absenteeism that will seriously affect the Company’s operation and impose hardship on their colleagues will not be tolerated.
📄️ Punctuality
Employee must be punctual when reporting to work at the beginning of a day and after meal break.
📄️ Dress Code
You are expected to dress in accepted business attire to reflect corporate image and professional appearance as per the guidelines below:
📄️ Housekeeping
A third party cleaning company will be hired to clean the office area periodically. Work places shall be fogged with anti-bacterial and anti-viral fogging agent from time to time to ensure safe working places for all employees.
📄️ Financial Transaction
Unauthorised financial transactions listed below are instances prohibited within the Company’s premise unless approved by the Company:

All employees are to keep their personal information strictly confidential and shall not disclose or discuss these issues with their colleagues.
📄️ Sexual Harassment
The company recognizes that all employees have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and will not tolerate behavior from any member of staff, which might constitute sexual harassment and will do everything reasonably practicable and within the law to prevent it from occurring. Each employee shall cooperate fully with the Company management in maintaining a workplace free of sexual harassment by refusing to accept or participant in any behavior of such nature.
