Code of Conduct
As an employee of the Company, he/she should refrain his/herself from any interest, influence or relationship which might conflict or appear to conflict best interest of Company and may put the Company’s reputation at stake.
The following shall be considered a conflict of interest, unless there is a written consent from the managing director:
- Employment in other companies
- Direct/Indirect interest or business affairs in other companies that have existing/potential contractual obligations with the Company
- Disclosure of Company’s data or information of a confidential nature to the Company (for more details, please refer to Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality)
- Acceptance of Gifts, Perquisite and Entertainment of more than the nominal value from any organization, firm or individual doing or seeking to do business with the Company
- Misuse of Company Utilities/Equipments for personal gain
- Business dealings
- Breach that may lead to conflict of interest
