Personal Information
All employees are to keep their personal information strictly confidential and shall not disclose or discuss these issues with their colleagues.
The Company will restrict disclosure of employee’s personal information to authorised staff only and any request for such information must be directed to Human Resource Department. Only the Human Resource Department is authorised to release such information about current and former employees.
Disclosure of personal information to outside sources will be limited to authorised law enforcement or local government agencies conducting investigations and to financial institutions.
All requests for references must be directed to the Human Resource Department. The Company’s policy as to references for employees is to disclose only the dates of employment and the title of the last position held. Other information such as last earned salary will only be disclosed upon authorisation from the employee.
