📄️ Commencement
Employee is recommended to read through this handbook to understand his/her rights.
📄️ Employment Contract
Every employee will be required to sign an employment contract with the Company.
📄️ Appointment
Appointment of an employee will only be valid upon successful completion of official selection process by authorised Managers and if the employee has furnished a true account of the particulars required in their application. If it is found that the particulars or information are false or misleading or where relevant information has not been disclosed, the Company reserves the right to dismiss the employee without notice. All appointments are subject to the Company receiving satisfactory references.
📄️ Probation Period
All new employees engaged with a view for permanent employment shall undergo a probationary period of three (3) months in the first instance to ascertain the suitability to the post, work performance and job match in every aspect.
📄️ Attendance
The Company maintains an attendance register through a compulsory access card system wherein all employees are required to mark their attendance by way of scanning their cards at the guard house.
📄️ Working Hours
Office is operating from Monday through Friday while production department is operating from Monday through Saturday. Currently, the total normal working hours per week is amended from 48 hours to 45 hours.
📄️ Public Holidays
Public Holidays consist of all recognised Malaysian Federal and State Public holidays in the location of the employee’s permanent work base.
📄️ Transfer and Relocation
The Company may, at its absolute discretion, transfer, second or relocate an employee whether permanently or for a temporary period to another unit, department or section within the Company.
📄️ Retirement
Retirement age for male or female employees is upon reaching sixty (60) years old.
📄️ Resignation
Resignation is defined as voluntary employment termination initiated by an employee and the notice required to serve is as follows:

Termination is defined as the Company terminating the service of an employee at any time should he/she be found guilty due to serious misconduct or breach of contract.
