Appointment
Appointment of an employee will only be valid upon successful completion of official selection process by authorised Managers and if the employee has furnished a true account of the particulars required in their application. If it is found that the particulars or information are false or misleading or where relevant information has not been disclosed, the Company reserves the right to dismiss the employee without notice. All appointments are subject to the Company receiving satisfactory references.
Personal Records
The employee shall submit the following to the Human Resource Department (HR) as soon as possible upon commencement of employment:
- Signed copy of appointment letter
- Clear photocopy of Identity Card (IC)
- Completed personal details form
- KWSP, PERKERSO and LHDN membership numbers
- Copies of certificates, testimonials and references
- Bank account number
- Any other documents as the Company may deem relevant
The responsibility is on the employee to update his/her personal particulars with the Company failing which, the Company shall not be responsible for any eventual consequences or related problems arising from incomplete particulars furnished.
