Employment Contract

Every employee will be required to sign an employment contract with the Company.

  1. The contract of employment of an employee consists of:
    • The original letter of appointment;
    • The provisions of this Employee handbook in the form of digital link; and
    • Written notices which are sent to the employee directly, in the form of letters, e-mail or notes.
  2. Every reasonable step shall be taken to ensure all employees are informed in advance of any changes. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, due consideration for compliance with such changes will be given on a case by case basis.
