Termination
Termination is defined as the Company terminating the service of an employee at any time should he/she be found guilty due to serious misconduct or breach of contract.
- Notice shall not be applicable in cases of dismissal as a result of misconduct.
- An employee is required to hand over every asset including both physical items and digital files owned by the Company before his/her last working day with the Company.
- The Company shall withhold the last salary payment or any monies due until the handover is completed and confirmed by Human Resource Department (HR).
- Accrued annual leave shall not be used to offset the notice without prior consent from the employee's direct superior.
