Termination

Termination is defined as the Company terminating the service of an employee at any time should he/she be found guilty due to serious misconduct or breach of contract.

  1. Notice shall not be applicable in cases of dismissal as a result of misconduct.
  2. An employee is required to hand over every asset including both physical items and digital files owned by the Company before his/her last working day with the Company.
  3. The Company shall withhold the last salary payment or any monies due until the handover is completed and confirmed by Human Resource Department (HR).
  4. Accrued annual leave shall not be used to offset the notice without prior consent from the employee's direct superior.
