Commencement

Employee is recommended to read through this handbook to understand his/her rights.

1. This Employee Handbook will come into effect from 1 January 2023 and will supersede previous Employee handbook.
2. This handbook applies to all permanent employees of THM Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to collectively as "The Company").
3. The Company maintains the sole right by way of digital, notice, letter or any other deemed appropriate by management to ammend, modify or rescind any of the provisions of this handbook, and these will be binding on all employees.
4. If this Employee Handbook is found to be in conflict with any existing terms and conditions of employment, office rules and regulations, to the extent of the inconsistency, the provisions of the Employee handbook will prevail unless otherwise specifically provided in the said document.
