Probation Period
All new employees engaged with a view for permanent employment shall undergo a probationary period of three (3) months in the first instance to ascertain the suitability to the post, work performance and job match in every aspect.
- The Company may at its discretion extend such probation for a further period not exceeding twelve (12) months.
- During or at the end probation period, employment may be terminated at any time by either party giving to the other party the relevant notice of termination stated in the respective employment contracts or in its absence, seven (7) days’ notice or payment of salary in lieu of such notice without assigning any reason therefor.
- Employees are not deemed to be confirmed unless he/she is appraised by their immediate superior and informed in writing of their confirmation in employment with the Company.
