Annual Increment

Annual increment is not contractual and will be subjected to the conduct and performance of an employee, performance of the Company and the ability of the Company to pay.

An employee however, shall not be entitled for increment in the event of resignation from the Company or termination of service by the Company due to serious misconduct.
