Annual Bonus
Annual Bonus is not contractual and will be subjected to the conduct and performance of an employee, performance of the Company and the ability of the Company to pay.
- An employee needs to be confirmed by 31st December each year in order to be eligible for bonus, if any, and confirmed employee with less than one (1) year service, shall be paid pro-rated based on the number of days in service.
- Newly joined employee who is not yet confirmed as 31st December, may be paid bonus on a pro-rated basis upon confirmation, subject to performance.
- An employee however, shall not be entitled for bonus in the event of resignation from the termination of service by the Company due to serious misconduct.
