Allowance and Incentive
The Company provides allowance and incentive as an additional salary on top of the deserved wages based on the requirements met.
Attendance Allowance
An employee shall be entitled to a total of RM 30 if he/she is present on every work day in a month. On every work day unattended, the attendance allowance will be deducted by RM 10.
Taking Annual Leave will not deduct an employee's allowance, however any other type of leaves will be considered as an absence, thus deducting the allowance by RM 10 per day.

Night Shift
An employee who works during the night shift will receive a total of RM 5 per day as described below:
Night Shift Incentive
An incentive of RM 3 per day shall be given to the employee who works during the night shifts.
Night Shift Allowance
An incentive of RM 2 per day shall be given to the employee who works during the night shifts.
